These terms are an agreement between you and Tildeon ("we", "us") for using the Tildeon app and website. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please don't use Tildeon.
Not medical advice
Tildeon is an information tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Explanations, healthy ranges, trends, suggested tests and answers in Tildeon are general information to help you understand your results and talk with your doctor. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always ask your doctor about your results and before changing medication, supplements, diet or treatment. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in Tildeon.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services (911 in the US) immediately.
Results are read from your documents by software, including AI, and can contain errors. You are responsible for checking the values before you save them. Reference ranges come from public U.S. government sources or from your lab and may not fit your situation.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Add only your own lab results, or results you are legally allowed to manage.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Tildeon: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, upload malicious files, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your reports and data stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Tildeon to you, as described in the privacy policy.
Paid plans
Some features may require a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings; billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
Changes and availability
We improve Tildeon over time and may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. You can stop using Tildeon and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Tildeon is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information in Tildeon. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
